The residents of Bristol kicked off 2010 with one of the best UK skateboard videos of the year with Bristol’s Finest and are back with a brand new edit this morning courtesy of Mr. George Nevin.

Another week another edit from RVCA on their european tour. Yet again, we’re treated to 5-6 minutes of styled out gnar from the likes of Leo Romero, Cairo Foster, Spanky, Nestor Judkins, Barney Page and Cory Kennedy.
As usual Leo gets down, Barney stomps it and Cairo Foster will make you spit your tea/coffee everywhere. Take note.

Death Skateboards have officially welcomed Timmy Garbett to the team this month in a new advert.

It seems that true fans of the The xx are mystified by this cover of Crystalised by Damon Albarn’s Gorillaz that was released this weekend. The track was recorded for a Live Lounge Session for the BBC and has split opinions so far across the web. What do you think of this version, beauty or beast?
The Bones Wheels team have dropped a banging new video trailer for their forthcoming DVD dropping on January 31st next year. Their team has grown in depth and strength in the last few years and now boasts an impressive pro roster and talented ams covering all terrain so this could be one of the first really impressive DVD releases of 2011.
Look forward to footage of Jaws, Randy Ploesser, Ryan Decenzo, Marty Murawski, Chad Bartie, David Gravette, and Adam Dyet, Jake Duncombe, Ronnie Creager, Jimmy Cao, John Motta and many more. Let’s hope that Nicky Howells and the other UK team riders get some footage in there too.
Crayon Skateboards have unleashed Barber and his mean front smith in their new advert that was released today. Enjoy this work Nick Richards with additional filming by Rich Smith and George Nevin and look out for the Crayon team to grace this year’s Xmas Jam on December 11th.

Start planning your travel and accommodation if you are coming from out of town, the nearest cheap place to stay is Hostel 639 on Harrow Rd just 20 minutes away from the skate park but note you have to book in advance.
The pro rider guestlist is the biggest it’s been since we’ve started! Over 100 skateboarders from the aforementioned teams are going be tearing it up on the day so get hyped.
There is no official after party, but we will all be heading to Mau Mau’s for boozing and vibesing. Over 18s, come along and celebrate 2010 with us.
