London skater Nick Jensen sheds some light on the brand new skateboard company project that is in the works with Chris Aylen and Paul Shier this week in an interview on the Slam City Skates website.

What Youth have featured Ben Nordberg’s new life in LA this week. The new web documentary peeps into his world co-habiting with fellow Flip team rider Curren Caples, surfing, driving and living in California with a few tricks at the local concrete park at Venice Beach. Note the new Cali twang in his voice, it’s almost up there with Dave Wallace on the Brits abroad accent front!
Legendary UK photographer Steve Gullick has hand picked a selection of his photography collection for an new exhibition titled ‘punk as fuck‘ featuring his work throughout the years of grunge and punk in the 90’s.
The snaps, originally published in the now defunct weekly music magazines Sounds & Melody Maker, will be showcased at INDO, 133 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1DT between March 1st & 31st 2013, admission is free.
Expect to see Gullick’s iconic photographs of everyone from Seattle’s Nirvana to Sunderland’s Leatherface in all their ‘in the flesh’ analogue glory.
Those who witnessed the Xmas Jam live back in December will no doubt be reminded that Supertoxic Urethane‘s Lloyd McLeggon‘s skateboarding pops like a Smith & Wesson and ends in bolts. The Black Angels announced overnight tht they will release their fourth studio album ‘Indigo Meadow‘ on April 1st 2013 in the UK. It’s no joke, we have the album here and it’s produced in such a fine way that you will be stoked on the results.
