Adil Dyani’s World Record 30.8ft foot bomb drop

There’s no doubt that most of us associate World Record skateboard attempts with Danny Way, this month especially, as his rumoured forthcoming highest air attempt on the Ultra Mega Ramp has been a talking point – but have you heard of Adil Dyani?

Adil holds the official Guinness World Record for bomb-dropping into a ramp, all 30.8ft of it. His drop was filmed in a military base back in 2013 but not documented half as much as you’d expect for such a feat. He only found out officially a week ago that his bomb-drop has been entered into the Guinness archives, so congratulations to the Norwegian who has more balls than pretty much all of us!

New John Cardiel footage!

New footage of John Cardiel skating a pool in the US emerged via Spitfire’s instagram overnight that will no doubt warm the hearts of every skateboarder lucky enough to ever step on a board.

It’s been 11 years since Cards was accidentally run over in Australia whilst filming for the Tent City film. After being told by doctors he would never walk again due to a spinal cord injury sustained, John’s positivity through tough times finally allowed movement in his legs after a long spell in a wheelchair. He’s used cycling as a way to gain the use of his legs again, but this new footage shows he is back, and boy is the best feeling ever to see him so happy!

The sound of those tiles and coping being schralped and that smile says it all. All Hail Cardiel!

Brixton’s new Spring 2015 range has many treats but this Masterson shirt stuck out from the rest thanks to its fitted design. It looks hardy enough to take a slam or two with a 55% cotton/ 45% polyester denim mix and comes with two chest pockets, copper metal buttons and a custom Brixton woven label at pocket.

Simple, comfy and good enough for Jason Jessee. Nuff said.
