Final Peacehaven skatepark plans unleashed

The final design for the new skatepark in Peacehaven in East Sussex have been sent to us today by CANVAS Spaces who are behind the design and build of the project. This park will now start to be built this month for Lewes District Council, part of the Big Parks Project and Zero Degrees.

The bowl design has changed slightly compared to the original designs. The big square and round bowls are now 5.5ft extending up to 7.5ft and the small square bowl is 3.5ft.

If you are wondering why there’s a skate-able sun dial in there, the park sits on a Meridian line which is part of a large Bronze-age archaeological site. Get your boneless tricks ready for launch approximately 14 weeks from today.
