4twentytwo have found shelter from the snow this month inside Revolution Skatepark and as a result knocked up this sweet little winter edit.

Event: Works Xmas Jam – December 27th

The annual post-Xmas and much needed holiday calorie burner put on by The Works in Leeds is back this year and will be taking place on December 27th… giving all of you more than enough time to digest your sprouts first.

Doors are at noon and there will be comps throughout the day with plenty of prizes up for grabs and hard cash from Relentless too. Well worth the tenner entry we say. Peep the flyer and don’t make any other plans now…

The Highbrow Company release limited deck

Behold readers, on the right of this page your eyes are currently focussed on the very first deck to come from Bristol’s The Highbrow Company, skater-owned and operated by self-proclaimed skateboarding/fartist, Mike O’Shea.

Only fifty of them have been made, probably because if the rumours are true that by simply carrying the deck a person is made instantly trendy then we could have an epidemic of trendy bastards across the UK on our hand if this wood was mass-produced.

Anyway, we think it looks great and you can pick one up for yourself here.

A very Highbrow video is currently in the making also. If you haven’t peeped the trailer that dropped earlier this year then have a gander below. It’s got Chris Jones, Owen Hopkins, Jason Lewer and plenty more awesome people involved.

Incoming: The Get Lesta Video

One of our favourite crews in skateboarding, Get Lesta have unveiled the premiere date for their much awaited full-length video by the insanely productive Callun Loomes.

The video will feature full length sections from many grand purveyors of radical including Joe Marks, Mike Simons, Timmy Garbett, Eric Thomas, Matt Clarke, Josh Walters, Sam Taylor and more.

The premiere will take place at the Boardroom Skatepark in Leicester on December 22nd, so put off that last-minute Christmas shopping malarkey and go watch this instead. The video will be screened at 8pm with a free skate session from 6pm! What a winner!

DLX’s Vimeo Channel delivering the goods…

DLXSF have been steadily uploading classic sections for your viewing pleasure on their Vimeo Channel. We’re sure many of you reading have your own account on there for your own videos but even if you don’t, it might be worth your while following them.
