So what is this VIDEO DAYS thing? Where can you get some free skate stuff weekly?
We have decided to invite you to share your favourite video edits out there on here one day a week as part of the RANDOM SWAG operation we have going on. Simply post the URL of your favourite new edit from YouTube or Vimeo on the Video Days thread on the Crossfire Facebook and we will pick a winning entry.
The video has to have been posted within the previous month to make sure that all of them are fresh. This means you will get to see a bunch of new edits you may have missed that others are sharing as well as having a chance to win something random from us. So post your favourite video from August today and we will let you know who wins in the comments.
This clip below is now on our FB page as a starter, and an example of one of our fave edits from August that is circulating the web right now. Head to our Facebook page to enter here and share this post on your facebook page or retweet it to invite your friends today.
If you look forward to this annual get together at the Potrero skate park in San Francisco then you will be stoked to know it just dropped in style as usual.

It’s that time of the year when the Summer is kind of on it’s way out, but there’s always a chance of the good old Indian summer greeting us this September if we are lucky. If that is the case then the evenings are going to start to get a little colder, so you may want to look for a good quality jumper to wear over your t-shirt to keep your body warm after an evening skate.
Etnies have a decent and simple solution available in your local skater owned shop right now with their Classic Crew. The 80% cotton 20% polyester keeps the warmth whilst this mix also feels super comfy as you would expect. My sweater is actually bergundy red in colour but also comes in grey, blue and black. There’s a classic embriodered etnies logo on the chest plus another branded logo stitched on the front that has information about the serial number on it. It’s the sort of info that you find inside a clothing garment and for me personally wasn’t needed, but if this doesn’t bug you then I can guarantee you will be stoked on this purchase which has now become a weekly part of my life.
Heroin and Landscape Skateboards’ head honcho Mark ‘Fos’ Foster has announced that he will share some art this Thursday at the Wayward Gallery which is found at 47 Mowlem St, London, E2 9HE.
In his own words:
“I’m usually pretty good at these things, but nothing is coming to mind. I’m sat here working my way through a Cafetierre of Bolivian coffee, waiting to be hit by a brilliant idea that will make everyone who reads these words want to come to the show. Instead of making a load of stuff up about my latest work and how its a culmination of every experience that I’ve ever had, or some crap like that, or how you should care about it cos I’m a skateboarder and skateboarding is cool right? Well let’s leave all that out. Let me tell you how it is, the Wayward Gallery always has good shows, and this one will be no exception. So just come down on Thursday and drink some free beer, and look at some paintings and stuff. I’m not gonna promise that it’ll change your life, but you never know, it might..” – Fos
