Lil Wayne shoots seven more videos

Lil Wayne has reportedly recorded a further seven music videos, in addition to those that he produced a few weeks ago.

The rapper is set to begin his prison sentence as of tomorrow (2nd March), and set about producing the videos in one night.

The exact content of the footage is unclear as of yet, although one video is reportedly for Rebirth track, Runnin’.

Guru suffers cardiac arrest

Keith “Guru” Elam, a former member of the rap duo Gang Starr, has gone into a coma after suffering a cardiac arrest on Sunday (28th February).

Guru is currently residing in a New York hospital, where he is expected to undergo surgery on Monday

Guru’s collaboration with DJ Premier was the cause of much critical acclaim during the 90’s, as the pair recorded six albums under the name Gang Starr.

Corby’s ‘Skate Only’ room to open soon

Corby’s Adrenaline Alley skatepark has been upgraded over the least few months with the help of Trevor ‘Scooby Doo’ Johnson at Four One Four Skateparks. The new area even comes with some fake grass and a sick mix of bricks and mortar.

This is another example of indoor skateparks pushing the UK forward and generally progressing, if only London had people running skateparks with the same passion as the rest of the country our city would have something to talk about again.

The Death team have confirmed their annual visit to Revolution Skatepark in Broadstairs, Kent for Sunday 28th March from 4pm-8pm.

The team scheduled to arrive includes Dan Cates, Moggins, Ronny Calow, Horsey, Steak, Rob Smith and more depending on injuries.

Gorillaz line-up big summer shows

Gorillaz are set to play massive gigs in the UK this summer, Damon Albarn has revealed.

The animated band is set to release their hugely anticipated third album, Plastic Beach, on 8th March, and Albarn spoke to NME.com about their plans for the summer.

Albarn revealed, “”At the moment I wouldn’t want to play Glastonbury or something because I’d be setting myself a very high benchmark, but we’re definitely going to play some big gigs in the UK or in England or in London this year.” He went on to add, “The band is sounding really good, I’m really excited.”
