Blur bassist Alex James has hinted that Graham Coxon might be about to do a U-turn and rejoin Blur, the band he left in 2002. James said, in the Sunday Times:
“I’ve been talking to Graham and there might be some good news,” he said. “It’s by no means in the bag, but it looks quite promising. Maybe the time is right. We’ve always left the door open for him, so that’s what I’m hoping for.”
It has also been suggested that as soon as Albarn has finished live dates with his new band, The Good The Bad And The Queen, Blur would be back in the studio to work on the new album, which might well be their last [let’s hope it isn’t! – Abjekt].
