Busta Rhymes is never out of trouble at the moment and this time his presence at a film shoot has caused problems.
The NYPD have ordered that the rapper not take part in a location scene of Order Of Redemption, a film that Rhymes himself stars in, citing public safety concerns as the reason for the decision!
Rhymes has already been in the mixer with the police as he refuses to co-operate on the investigation into the death of his bodyguard Israel Ramirez.
Courtney Love is being sued by a drug rehab centre according to reports.
The Beau Monde centre in California has said that they have repeatedly tried to settle the amount outstanding with the singer since her stay in 1995, however, nothing has been forthcoming.
Love had been ordered into the drug treatment programme for 180 days by a court and her treatment was deemed a success by a judge. Her lawyer has said that he expects the legal action “will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties shortly”.
The singer is currently working on a new album, the follow up to 2004’s America’s Sweetheart.
Lou Reed is to tour his landmark 1973 album Berlin through Europe.
Reed has come together with Antony Hegarty of Antony & The Johnsons to recreate the album which will be toured with a 30 piece ensemble, including a horn and string section, his band and a children’s choir. The UK dates:

In the States, the band will be touring with Against Me!, Mastodon and Cursive, and will add to that a tour with Maps & Atlases whilst in the UK they will be teaming up with Pelican.
The tour, in support of their 2006 album Easter, will continue on into Europe.

Wes Eisold has recently settled out of court with Fall Out Boy after they used “several phrases and verses” from his old band Give Up The Ghost.
Reports state that Fall Out Boy used the lyrics on their album Infinity On High, where Eisold is credited on three songs as a co-writer. This happened despite Eisold never giving them permission to use his lyrics and he receieved no royalties from the record sales.
Now the case is settled, he will go back to working with Some Girls who released Heaven’s Pregnanet Teens last year and XO Skeletons.

The post-hardcore legends have offered up a new mp3 from their new album, Given To The Rising, which is due out on May 8th.

The famous Guns N Roses fansite GNRonline has officially shut down.
The site has closed its doors as a protest to the latest in a long line of delays for the album Chinese Democracy. The date for release, when everyone thought the album was finally going to be released, was March 6th, but this came and went without any sign of the album.
The site cited the lack of respect to fans as a reason for the closure but said if it does come out by next year, they’d be back.
Don’t hold your breath.
Metallica are the latest band to play the new Wembley.
The band are expected to confirm they will be playing the new national football stadium on July 8th this year. They will be preceeded by George Michael and Muse who are set to play gigs at the stadium in June.
Let’s just hope the bloody thing is finished on time!
Ryan Adams will play a gig at Stonehenge.
Reports are saying that Adams is due to play the special show as part of the Salisbury International Arts Festival on June 5th.
He will no doubt be playing tracks from his album Easy Tiger which is due for release just before this Arts Festival takes place.
