Wes Eisold has recently settled out of court with Fall Out Boy after they used “several phrases and verses” from his old band Give Up The Ghost.
Reports state that Fall Out Boy used the lyrics on their album Infinity On High, where Eisold is credited on three songs as a co-writer. This happened despite Eisold never giving them permission to use his lyrics and he receieved no royalties from the record sales.
Now the case is settled, he will go back to working with Some Girls who released Heaven’s Pregnanet Teens last year and XO Skeletons.
