Courtney Love is being sued by a drug rehab centre according to reports.
The Beau Monde centre in California has said that they have repeatedly tried to settle the amount outstanding with the singer since her stay in 1995, however, nothing has been forthcoming.
Love had been ordered into the drug treatment programme for 180 days by a court and her treatment was deemed a success by a judge. Her lawyer has said that he expects the legal action “will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties shortly”.
The singer is currently working on a new album, the follow up to 2004’s America’s Sweetheart.
