Ben Nordberg and Flip win the 2012 video vote
After a couple of week’s of voting Bath’s UK am Ben Nordberg has been nominated as having the best UK video part of 2012. Released to the internet at the end of May, this full section, his first for Flip Skateboards, was released online in association with Relentless and put together by the sterling work of James Gardner who captured Nordberg’s aleep-at-the-wheel skateboarding perfectly, filmed in various locations in and around his new life in the USA.
Flip Skateboards also took the most votes for Company edit of 2012 for their team edit “Weight of the World”. Filmed on tour throughout the insane terrain of the deserts of the deep Southwest of America, Nordberg, Rowley, Caples, Fletcher, Berger, Majerus, Lopez and David Gonzalez sweat their guts out in ridicoulous heat to film a feature with Flip lifer Ewan Bowman.
The votes have been cast, well done to Flip for taking 2012′s honours. Our next video comp will focus on your skating, with your own footage. Click here to get the details of this year’s Winter Video Edit Comp in association with Ricta to win cash and wheels at the end of February.
