DVS announces Copenhagen Comp dates
Now in its fourth year, the annual DVS Copenhagen Pro has evolved into Europe’s premiere skateboarding contest event. Each year, hundreds of top professional skateboarders from around the world descend on Scandinavia’s crown jewel city of Copenhagen.
The skaters participate not only in an amazing and professionally executed pro contest, but also take part in a family-style party that rages throughout the contest’s three day schedule.
CPH 2010 is slated to be the biggest contest to date. With events including a pre-contest festival featuring live art shows, live music acts, BBQs, late night parties, and plenty of open skate jams and demos at Copenhagen’s newly built concrete skatepark. In addition, Thrasher Magazine is set to hold a special one-off contest event on June 24th at an undisclosed location in Copenhagen. More details surrounding the Thrasher event will be revealed soon.
