BBC news in Wales has broken the dreadful news that former singer of rock band Lostprophets Ian Watkins who had previously denied the allegations against him of child sex offences has actually pleaded guilty in a court today.
The courtroom heard 36 year old Watkins plead guilty to “a series of child sex offences that included attempted rape and sexual assault of a child under 13 but not guilty to rape”, on trial at Cardiff Crown Court.
