The South of the UK will be congregating at Shoreham’s concrete bowls this Sunday 4th September for the annual Ham Jam. £1000 prize money will be up for grabs from 10am so get down there if you fancy a day of gnar. For more info, go to www.boardriders.co.uk
The annual comp at the The House Skatepark in Sheffield has been announced for Saturday 17th September. This year they have raised the bar on the prize money to £1000 for first place in the pro comp, £500 for second and £250 for third so expect a big turnout.
The day that costs just £6 kicks of at 10am with comps for under 12s, under 16’s plus 16s and over is looking to be one not to miss, so get down there and support what they have planned.

We have decided to invite you to share your favourite video edits out there on here one day a week as part of the RANDOM SWAG operation we have going on. Simply post the URL of your favourite new edit from YouTube or Vimeo on the Video Days thread on the Crossfire Facebook and we will pick a winning entry.
The video has to have been posted within the previous month to make sure that all of them are fresh. This means you will get to see a bunch of new edits you may have missed that others are sharing as well as having a chance to win something random from us. The annual jam down at Malmö’s Ultra Bowl went off last weekend for the third time in Sweden. Kevin Kowalski continued to pick up the plaudits with a win in the pro jam event and Danish veteran, Nicky Guerrero took the Masters ahead of UK legends Sean Goff and Paul Atkins. Tony Hawk has lost a tooth skating a vert ramp in Florida after colliding with long time friend and Birdhouse buddy Kevin Staab. The Birdhouse tour has been rolling across America with demos in various parks, including Tampa’s indoor park.
