These two fellas go back a long way so sit back and take in French Fred’s archived tapes of Javier Mendizibal shredding everything in his sights. All round ripper.

“I like shooting with Javier Mendizabal, he always super down for missions. His skating is very photogenic and different. I like the fact he’s into photography too. He shoots really good photos, so he perfectly understands some situations I put him in; very specific and precise ones to create strong images. Sometimes it requires patience and involvement from the “models”, and with Javier, for this fact, it’s always easy to shoot with him.” – Fred.

Thousands of votes were cast throughout all of last week to find the winner of Lords of the Swords and the public voted for team Too Old To Die Young! Congratulations to Rabbit, Swamps, Owen, Matt, Andrew and Vickers who were filmed and edited by Rory Martin.

Other notable big ups were the GDC Team for winning the most amount of points over the Lords weekend and were crowned Lords of the Swords.

Spirit of the swords went to Jason Goodwin. The Youngest Ripper award went to Jake Bolt and the Lords edit award went to Cerven Cotter for putting together the Luvenes Fistulae Luvenes, one hell of an awesome edit.

Big thanks to Luke for organising this annual filming comp that pulls the Essex skate scene together, every scene should have one. Until next year, thanks to everyone involved in making it work.

So rad to see Harry Lintell back on a board after injury. If his latest Black Sheep edit wasn’t enough, Piff Sticks have unleashed a bunch of footage of sticky situations and street missions.

Marcus Adams has new edit up today of the Stand Up crew skating Southbank under the fall of darkness.

Another bonus 10 minutes of raw footage from the filming of Wes Kremer‘s epic ‘Crusty By Nature’ part is online today and a must watch. This is a great insght into the amount of work that goes into a full part.

Death Skateboards and the Pioneer skate park in St Albans go back yonks. Here’s a new edit featuring Mark Radman, Mark Nicolson, Mike Simons, Moggins and Mikey Patrick getting some.
