New Black Mountain album + tour

Black Mountain have revealed details of a new album and UK tour later this year.

The Canadian psych rockers will release their third album, Wilderness Heart, on September 13th through Jagjaguwar records.

Meanwhile the band will also be touring the UK in September, adding to a string of already announced festival dates. The band will play;

Sound of Guns have announced some UK tour dates in support of their upcoming releases.

The single Architects is out on June 21st with the album What Came From Fire released a week later.

Little Fish making of video

Oxfordshire duo Little Fish recently put out a video for their brilliant new single “Am I Crazy?”, and now you can take a look behind the scenes.

The band, who hit the road today on a month-long tour with Blondie, have uploaded a making of feature giving a great insight into how the video came together. You can watch the making of video below, but first check out the music video itself over here.

Lostprophets announce London show

Lostprophets are set to play a headline show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire this coming August.

The gig will take place on August 25th with support from Attack! Attack!, as the band warm-up for their appearances at Reading and Leeds festivals the following weekend.

Hurts announce UK tour

Manchester duo Hurts have announced new UK tour dates in order to promote their debut album.

The album, which has not yet been given a title, will be released on August 23rd this year. Meanwhile, the first single from the record will be ‘Wonderful Life’ which will be available on August 16th.

Iron Maiden reveal new album details

Iron Maiden‘s forthcoming album, entitled ‘The Final Frontier’, shall be released in the UK on August 16th. This will be the band’s 15th studio album since forming back in 1975.

The album will include 10 tracks produced by long-time collaborator Kevin Shirley, along with artwork from Melvyn Grant.

Imagine going to the cinema to watch the 4 most influential metal bands play live sets?! Well, it’s happening. Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax, sharing a stage for the very first time, are bringing their historic European tour to 79 UK cinemas via satellite in a special HD cinematic event.
