Girl Skateboards have hooked up with New York artist Kevin Lyons whose creative direction as a designer, illustrator and typographer now grace the new Monster deck series that are out this month. Hook one of these up with some griptape this Christmas.

“The decision was collectively made between DC and PlanB just prior to the release of True to withhold my part and not because I didn’t have a part it was because of the timing with the release date of True and the dates of the things we have planned in the near future. I think everyone will get why this decision was made when the project is complete. It was decided to release my part in 2015 as a stand alone project with DC supported by PlanB. I know everyone wants to see what I’ve been up to and I really want to show everyone but in the mean time I’m still filming and building new things ect to keep the progression needle moving forward. Cannot stop this train now it’s gunna keep going till it derails. Much love my friends and fans I won’t let you guys down.”
There was a time back in skateboarding history when it was the other way round and footage was prioritised for a team video. Regardless though, you know that Way is not going to be releasing something standard, 2015 will reveal all.

Combining dreamy shoegaze-pop with a dose of high end, 90s indie rock, LA’s Francisco The Man have not only released a beautifully crafted track in ‘It’s Not Your Fault’ but also delivered a video to remember to go with it.
Director Alec Nicholas is said to have mimicked his own self obsessions with online viewing to get the most out of his work on this production. The story line is based around an internet stalker whose problem rises to shocking levels with an unhappy ending.
This band may not be a household name here in the UK yet but if their debut album Loose Ends is made up of more songs as amazing as this then 2015 will be their year.
This will probably go down as one of the funniest music videos of 2014 and of course it’s coming from hardcore legends OFF! who have a habit of rolling out videos you will never forget.
In their new video for ‘Over Our Heads‘ they literally hit the jackpot for LOL’s. Jack Black stars as a stage diving coach, acid is taken, blood is spilled, bears go nuts, mutilation occurs, it’s amazing!Just hit play and wait for part two!
