Death Cab get heavy on new record

Death Cab For Cutie have promised to throw a “curve ball” on their new album.

The band, who hit the mainstream with their Plans album, have said there will be some surprises on the new record which is expected to be released this year.

Speaking on the album, the band said it will be “a really polarizing record…The landscape of the thing is way, way more lunar than the urban meadow sort of thing that has been happening for the last couple of records”.
