Plaid confirm new album details

Plaid have announced a new album.

Scintilli will be released on September 26th and contains 13 tracks. It will initially be available in a Muda na Mono pack, which is taken from the Japanese for “pointless object”. The album will contain two die-cut rings and a CD which can be put together and if done properly, the track titles can be read. The tracklisting, UK dates and video are below:

Prefuse 73 hits London

Prefuse 73 to play LondonGlitch-hop producer extraordinaire Prefuse 73 is hitting London for an intimate show this month.

The man behind such huge albums as One Word Extinguisher and Surrounded By Silence will play the Queen of Hoxton on November 28th. Ably supported by Anchorsong, it’s a chance to see the great man at a cosy venue. Pick up your tickets from here.

Squarepusher announces LP

Following from the success of Cryptic Motion, the first single featuring the Shobaleader One pseudonym that was released on Ed Banger Records earlier this year, Squarepusher will be return on Warp Records with d’Emonstrator on October 18th.

As one of Warp’s flagship artists, Squarepusher has established a position in the front of the more eclectic electric DJ’s record bags and judging by the trailer below, we can expect another listener’s favourite this year.
