Whilst the Olympics opens with huge corperations throwing their polluted brands into the ring whilst tearing our world apart, Huck Magazine will unleash their new book in collaboration with with Skateistan in London tonight.
The 320 pages of this creation took 2 years to write with contributions from volunteers at Skateistan in Kabul and around the world to complete the huge limited edition, full-color book that is the first to focus on the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) “Skateistan”, and it gives a rare and in-depth look into the lives of exceptional young Afghans facing incredible challenges in a city that is torn by war, but also full of life.
