Reading moved a step closer to the East Coast in this latest 20 minute edit from the local scene just off the M4. Pengdulum took the Philadelphia Experiment route to delve into past VHS tapes from the Reading scene owned by Tom Hawes and Rob Conibear and mixed them up with current footage superbly.
