New Paignton park by Maverick opening October 26th

Maverick Skateparks have designed and built another amazing looking skatepark, this time down located in Paignton, Devon.

Paignton was designed as a large-scale flowpark encompassing a mix of street and transition, that can be sessioned from any direction. The park drops down from an open plaza area with ledges and a manual pad into a spacious flowpark with hips, radial jumpbox and an assortment of gaps. The flow in the top end of the park is linked by a large halfpenny extension with inset ledge.

There’s also a retro bowl at the lower end of the facility with flowlines in/out via a waterfall section and two large quaterpipe hips. The retrobowl has pool coping throughout and is flanked by 2 large quarterpipes that provide returns back into the park, fast, fun and super flowy!

West country heads are looking forward to another opening jam next Wednesday 26th October between the hours of 2-4.30pm, so join them down there if you are local this half term and celebrate another fantastic build with the Maverick guys. The park can be found at Parkfield House, Colin Road, Paignton, TQ3 2NR. Click here for a map and click here for the Facebook event page.
