Earlier this month 25 yr old Eddie Belvedere and Tony Da Silva (29) were stopped by a community police officer in Manchester for skateboarding illegally. Hilariously, the council decided that the best course of action was to send letters to their parents urging them to talk to their sons about their crimes and the story ran in the The Telegraph and the Manchester Evening News.
