Metallica’s James Hetfield was denied entry into Luton airport yesterday after security muppets, who probably think Coldplay are the best band in the world, stopped him from leaving the airport due to his ‘Taliban-like beard’. This is the funniest thing I’ve heard in ages!
Once Hetfield explained that he was in Metallica, security eventually let him leave after a short interrogation.
I think if he had been wearing a ‘Kill Em All’ t-shirt, he would have been fucked. There’s no getting away from cavity searches with that combo on.
