Jay Reatard‘s band have left him midway through his North American tour.
A twitter post said:
“Band quit! Fuck them! They are boring rich kids who can’t play for [s]hit anyways. Say hello to your ugly and boring wifes, opps I mean life guys, suck it.”
The singer has claimed he is auditioning for replacements before his UK tour dates which are in November:
10th – Birmingham O2 Bar Academy
11th – Glasgow King Tut’s
12th – Manchester Roadhouse
13th – London Underworld
14th – Bristol Croft
15th – Liverpool Masque
16th – Dublin Whelans
