Unsigned band comp – Camden Crawl!

February 27th, 2007 by Crossfire

The Camden Crawl 2007 will feature a slot for an unsigned band.

Indie Idle will give bands a chance to send their demos in, where they will be reviewed by a panel of industry bods. The top 30 demos heard will be put up on the Camden Crawl website where people will have the chance to listen the tracks and vote for their favourite. Then, the top 10 will go through to the semi final, which will happens at the Crawl itself.

The semi final will take place at 1pm on April 19th, with the crowd deciding the top 3 acts who will go on to perform in the final the next day, where once again the public will vote for the winner who will then get a 30 minute set and a day’s recording at Miloco Studios to put a professional demo together.

Check the competition at the link below, the deadline for entrants is March 16th.
