House of Vans London will pay tribute to skateboard pioneer and original Z-Boy Jay Adams by hosting a weekend of screenings this weekend. Expect rare video footage to Stacy Peralta’s award winning documentary ‘Dogtown and Z-Boys’ in the cinema.

This footage shot last weekend at the Battle of Hastings event is a little excuse for us to let you know that Jak Tonge has recently discussed being a Skate Dad with us so we will share that interview on here with you next week.
Jak was sleep deprived that morning so he decided to put unleaded into a diesel car. Unaware, he headed to Hastings. Inevitably the car broke down a fair distance from the park. Jak’s warm up was basically hacking blindly to the park on a hangover. He ended up winning the comp and a load of money which all ended up going on sorting out the motor. You lose some, you win some then you lose some I guess.
