Nomeansno – a look back to what’s Wright and Wrong

Vans ruler Jasper Jones inspired me to write this post tonight. Nomeansno have arguably been the leaders of the Canadian hardcore scene since 1979 when the Wright brothers (Rob and John) who play bass and drums formed the backbone of the success with a drum and bass show until Andy Kerr stepped in to take over some guitar and vocal duties.

10 years later they came up with the incredible album Wrong which is our favourite here at the office and we have tonight found out that it is to be re-recorded for release in 2010. Watch video of the tightness of these 3 dudes with Two Lips and another track Rags & Bones live from back in 1990. They are still this good to this very day, don’t miss them if they swing into your town and look out for the new version of this classic soon.
