Manics Solo Project

Manic Street Preachers band member, James Dean Bradfield, is to release a solo album in July. The record, entitled The Great Western, is due out on July 24th with lead single That’s No Way To Tell A Lie preceeding it on July 10th.

The album is mostly self-played, but Bad Boys And Painkillers did have lyrics written by Nicky Wire, who is also working on his own solo project. They have made it clear, however, that these solo projects don’t mean the end for the Manics.
