Apple vs Apple

Apple computers and The Beatles have reached an agreement.

The dispute comes from the clash over the name and logo of the two companies – Apple Corps, the record company of The Beatles and Apple Inc, who make Apple Macs and iPods. The agreement sees Apple Inc taking control of the name, but will licence certainly individual trademarks back to the label.

Whilst the details are confidential, it’s thought that the deal may see The Beatles’ music made available on the iTunes Music Store.
