Free booze, your favourite bands, clowns, food and more booze? Yes, MTV’s Gonzo show with Zane Lowe is 5 Years old so Night Raids went armed for a night absolute carnage with the lens and a pack of Menthols, cos that’s how we roll.

Gallows trashed the place after they played a killer set with Lethal Bizzle guesting on recent single ‘Rude Bois’, Queens of the Stoneage stamped the place into the ground and you will probably see Slack on MTV crowd surfing a sea of sweat blood and pizza cheese! No one caught him, but they did catch this lot at it…

The most hyped skateboard movie of 2007 finally got aired at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square on Sunday November 18th 2007. Hoardes of kids packed the dripping, freezing streets of Soho to watch the premiere of Lakai Shoes ‘Fully Flared‘ whilst the team also rolled into town to take the plaudits.

Night Raids sent a team of booze hounds to fish out the freebies and the evidence is dished up like bangers and mash here.

Nights Raids swooped into The Trinity in Harrow to witness the annual mosh pit that is always ready and waiting for us all from Death Skateboards.

On this occassion the film played, the sound was so loud that people’s ears bled, stagediving was evident throughout the screening and what followed was just darn tasty!

Shit stained punk rock was spat out of the PA courtesy of Day Release and others, beer was thrown all over the venue at a healthy £2.20 a pint and Zorlac had to call Zac to ask how he got home the next day!

This movie will blow you off, look out for it released on December 3rd 2007 and click here for just one of it’s many delights. Night Raids would like you to be aware that no animals were hurt in the screening of this fine movie…

It’s Halloween 2007 and Crossfire’s first attempt of launching an annual Hellfest destroyed all fiends and hicks plus another boat on the Thames was darn right sunk!

‘Zombies vs Trailer Trash‘ in association with our friends at Vans Shoes and Drowned in Sound is documented here, as Night Raids swooped in low across the Thames to parachute zombie photographic surgeon Ben Norton and she devils Dee Massey, Helen Dalton, Rosie Broad, Tee Rex and Kate Andrassy aboard the vessel to shoot the casualties!

It’s Wednesday 31st October and Halloween 2007 is probably the biggest one yet. Whoreditch is alive with creatures dressed as zombies, skeletons, monsters and dead people in general but it’s looking lively all the same.

As the dead move around the streets in flocks holding cans of Stella and smoking tabs, one small drinking hole is celebrating the art of ‘Gore’ by nihilistic illustrator, French. ‘Destined To Fester’ is his latest exhibition of his corpse filled, gut wrenching artwork which is on show at The Old Shoreditch Station, 1 Kingsland Rd E2 until December 16th. Get down there and have a butchers whilst you are still alive.

We said goodbye to our residency room at Klub Kerrang! at Koko in style following the amazing 6th Anniversary Southbank 7-Set Jam during the day.

Talita Two-Shoes got the Sound System rocking with a set of Thrash and Heavy Metal before the room got it’s party wings on for some disco, filthy rock and funky hip hop.

Morph stole the moves on the dancefloor as usual…check him out at the bottom – rabbit in the headlights or what?!

Crossfire regulars will know that we are usually at the Snickers Bowl at Download playing records all day long but due to the brand pulling out of the festival after 4 years, we were asked to take our set over to the Duracell Powerhouse – and boy were we not disappointed!

The tent itself was a Duracell battery cut in half and laid on it’s side – as soon as we got there we slammed on Nailbomb and Slayer and over 1000 started moshing, it was straight out of the box, instant party.

With DJ’s Talita TwoShoes and Emma Johnston on the decks killing it on Thursday, the Crossfire Sound System was jam hot on Friday night with a packed house and Enter Shikari with us as special guests. Nobody wanted to go home at 2am when it finished, not the crowd, not the staff and certainly not us – it was electric in there!

With the carnage of Friday, we had to raise the bar once again on Saturday! Gallows came down to play guest roles as we slayed 3000 people from the first to last record. The pit was foaming, in fact we had to stage dive from the decks just to get closer to the audience. We fed everyone beer and water and left that place utterly destroyed. Tunes from Pantera, Prodigy, Pendulum, Machine Head, Chili’s, RATM, Dead Kennedy’s, NOFX, Green Day, Operation Ivy, Head Automatica, Slayer, Anthrax, Public Enemy, MOP, Madness, Metallica, ACDC, Iron Maiden, MC5, Black Flag and many more was the poison. They fucking loved it.

On Sunday night it was DJ Iain Baker formerly of XFM who took the crowd out with a bag of tricks followed by a debut DJ set from BBC Rock Show head Daniel P Carter who managed to pull of a corker for his first ever live DJ set in the UK. Look out for the next Crossfire Sound System night, we have new plans and will unveil them soon…- Zac

You know that Crossfire loves a boat, so when we were asked to organise Gallows launch party for the band, we just had to go back to The Yacht Club for this one, and what a night it turned into.

With DJ Zac Slack and James Sherry slamming party tunes in the Crossfire room and a bottle of Jack Daniels slurping away under the decks this one was going to be a slammer! DJ Feebz and Mike Davies had the metal and punk rocking in the mian room whilst Danny Watson provided classics in the underbelly of the ship.

As soon as the band hit the stage, carnage ensued and the boat was awash with bodies being pushed and shoved by the sheer explosive action of Gallows album. They had no more than an inch of space to play in making this show the most in your face hardcore display ever! Witness the fitness, now go home and fall asleep in a kebab you cunts.

Klub Kerrang! returned for its 5th outing at Koko and once again blew the roof off the building. As the punk, metal and rock blasted out downstairs thanks to the lubricated, sorry, intoxicated DJ James Sherry. When he is on the wheels of steel Thunder cracks the skies. Live sets from Lostalone and The Future gave the crowd exactly what they wanted, pure unadulterated noise.

The Crossfire room upstairs was packed to the rafters after the Quiksilver Bowlriders qualifier at Cantelowes. Our good friend Talita TwoShoes delivered a set of metal carnage and then DJ Zac Slack gave the crowd something a little bit different with a fun set of party hip hop tunes. The place kicked off, drinks flew everywhere and Joe Nobes slept the whole way through it under the decks off his nut! Thank fully Powley did not get naked so we were saved.

Klub Kerrang! came round to Koko for its 4th month and proved to be yet another successful jaunt through the tunnels of rock, metal and punk in Camden. With live sets from Sign and Devil Sold His Soul shaking the cobwebs out, Kerrang! DJs James Sherry and Emma Johnson turned the night into an all-out party.

The Crossfire room saw the return of the wonderful Talita Two-Shoes who brought out the rawkus side of everyone in the room with her brand of metal and punk before DJ Zac Slack continued the night with classics from all over the place, much to the delight of the packed out top floor bar.

The next installment of Klub Kerrang! carnage will be back at Koko on Saturday May 19th with The Future and Lost Alone playing live – don’t miss it!
