Cave In are reportedly releasing a compilation of rarities through Hydrahead soon but it’s unsure exactly when this will happen. The members may’ve been busy with a multitude of other different projects recently but it sounds like this Cave In release is also on the cards. Frontman Steve Brodsky is said to have delivered four whole discs or rare Cave In material to Hydrahead which will be whittled down for the release.
DVS have YouTubed footage from their Gnar-Cal tour with a few tricks from Torey Pudwill, Kenny Hoyle, Guru Khalsa and Jimmy Cao. Updates from this trip will be blogged on www.dvsskate.com for the daily updates on the trip for original intent.
Perpetually smiley U.S. pop-rock upstarts Say Anything are touring the U.K. in June ahead of the release of their latest album In Defense of The Genre over here on 23rd June via Hassle Records. Check out tracks from the bulging double album on their MySpace. It’s full to the brim with guest vocals from the likes of Chris Carrabba, Matt Skiba and Hayley Williams…

Those cryptic scamps in Green Day have dubbed themselves Foxboro Hot Tubs for a new album ‘Stop Drop and Roll’ and it’s streaming on MySpace now. You can also purchase six tracks on their website for the measly sum of $5.49. The band will be shooting a video for the song ‘The Pedestrian’ with director Graydon Sheppard.
DJ Vadim is set to play the next Doctor’s Orders night.
Vadim will be joined by J-Rawls, Acyde, DJ Hooch and, of course, Spin Doctor, alongside PAs from Middle Child and Kashmere. The event takes place on Friday May 2nd at Herbal in London and is priced at £5 in advance, £10 on the door. It’s the 21st Doctor’s Orders, so make sure you get down and make it a night to remember.
