Look back in time to the Albany Snake Run based in Albany on the Southern Ocean about 409 km southeast of Perth, Australia. This new documentary depicts the history of world’s oldest community funded skate park, a concrete haven that has heritage listing that has hosted served thousands of skaters in its time.
The Snake Run was built by Albany Senior High School students who formed a committee and opened in February 1976 by American skateboarding legend Russ Howell. Get the teas on and take this story in. Brilliant stuff.

Science Skateboards have announced that their new 24 minute flick ‘The Important Nothing‘ will premiere this May.
The full length will have parts from Josh Cox, Joe Sivell, Pete Buckley, Sam Taylor, Dan Tomlinson, James Coyle, Dan Beall, Ben Cruickshank and Albert Gesswein and be screened on May 6th at the House of Vans in Waterloo, London. Guest sections will also come from Luka Pinto and San Francisco friends including Tony Manfre, Oudalay Philavanh, Evan Collisson and more.

Dag Nasty have made a return with a new 7″ ‘Cold Heart’ and have also announced their first ever live shows will take place in the UK this August.
Fronted by original vocalist Shawn Brown, who sang on the epic Can I Say album, the band, consisting of Brian Baker, Roger Marbury and Colin Sears have re-ignited their famous melodic hardcore flames in the studio with, you guessed it, Ian MacKaye and Don Zientara at Inner Ear Studios, the first time all four original members have been together again for 30 years.
Look out for the new 7″ that will feature two freshly recorded tracks released on Dischord on May 20th.
