The premier skate shoe company of the moment are busy getting their European Open’s on the road and the Munich heat just finished with some astonishing skating going down.
The highlights of the weekend’s event were Lim Vellemin’s Backside nosebluntslide on the big yellow rail, Bas Janssen’s Kickflip frontside tailslide atop the goal posts, and a little 11 year old named Axel Cruysberghs from Belgium. The midget was in for business and attacked the course with 14 foot (!) boardslides and huge 360 flips. It’s got to be something in the water…

Crossfire have been name-dropping this young Belgian ripper for a while now, and when big companies like Etnies are stoked to have her riding for the team, you know there must be proof in the pudding.
When Etnies opened their brand new New York store, they figured a mini ramp couldn’t go amiss on the studio roof. Well, the snobbish neighbours didn’t take too well to Etnies idea and have currently taken it as their God-given duty to remove the construction from the site ASAP. Party poopers!
Damn! Stoke has already blown minds with it’s avant-garde and on-point skate plaza design, but things just got better with the inclusion of new rails dotted around the area.

Next time you’re passing through Lyon hoping for a chance to catch a glimpse of the ‘Euro Gino Ianucci’ JB Gillet, your best chance is if you drop by his brand new skateshop, Ballz Out!
Yet another banger of a skate video, Life and Times is a new production from
