Emerica Design a Tee comp

Yup, it’s back for the eighth time. Go to the Emerica site, download a shirt template and give Emerica the best shirt graphic ever.

If your design gets picked it will show up in a future apparel line and most likely on the backs of skaters everywhere. Pretty cool. Now think creative and get cracking.

Richie’s new hippy stick

Death Skateboards ripper from Down Under, Richie Jackson gets a new stick featuring some trippy graphics.

Potter gets what he deserves

Nope, Potter has not finally met his match and received all of those slaps, punches and headbutts that he delivers when he is pissed after all…nope, it’s great news, Carl ‘Potter’ Wilson has been given pro status on Death Skateboards this week.

This proves that if you want something and get amongst it, you get what you deserve in the end. Carl has brought so much to UK skateboarding and anyone that is an original member of the Horseman of the Apocalypse crew is alright by us. Look out for this pro model in skater owned shops this winter and watch out for his storming part in ‘Better Than Life‘ on December 3rd.

DC meet MGMT

I’m sat here in the kitchen cooking up some chicken to MGMT on the stereo when I stumble upon this little number. The DC King of Los Angeles went down courtesy of DC Shoes who opened up the chance for people to roll into a jam format and step up.

Not only does this video come with hammers especially when Vincent Alvarez is concerned, but added goodness comes from the tune ‘Kids’ by MGMT as this band is high on the list of Crossfire’s tips for 2008.

Click below for the full flavour.

Ty Evans interview on Transworld

The unsung heroes of any skateboard videos are the directors, producers, editors and filmers that make them. In the case of Lakai’s Fully Flared, the man behind all of those is Ty Evans.

Whilst you sit at home pissing yourself excited about the premiere on Sunday, have a read about what Ty says about the most epic production since Titanic.
