Fresh from getting voted ‘Best skater‘ on The Big Push 2008, Horsey is turning pro for Death Skateboards on the 1st November, same day as our Halloween Massacre where of course, he will be a special guest.
On that day these 2 pro boards will be released. Go Horsey!

Southern California can be a lovely place for a sesh as long as you know where to go. US Vans riders Bucky Lasek, Omar Hassan and Co feature in a new video edit released this week skating backyard pools and barrier walls whilst getting shots for their new catalogue.
The Simparch Pool and Fullpipe that was on display in the A Foundation in Liverpool has got a new home at Ramp City in the new extended area to the park.
Work started a little while ago and is going well and should be finished now.
The grand opening is scheduled for the 11th October and will be specially attended by the Death team.
Also implemented are some new rules to keep things rolling more smoothly for everyone. These include the following:
-NO HEELYS ALLOWED IN PARK
-NO SPRAY PAINT
-NO WAX
-NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE ARENA

The Gyppo Army are planning a series of bi-monthly (that’s the aim) demos titled Gyppo Army Days at indoor skateparks throughout the country.
Briefly they’re a group of sessions with the Gyppo Army team plus whoever they can force into a car/bully into catching a train or coach going to a skatepark to meet up and skate.
The winter is coming and this is a good way to support indoor skateparks by increasing attendances as well as supporting local scenes, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a sponsored skater or a kid just starting out, the main aim is to have everybody skating together in a large crowd and having fun, then giving some stuff out, having a few drinks, going home and meeting back up again somewhere new a couple of weeks later to do the same thing!
They’re up for doing this with most skateparks in the U.K so if you work/manage/run a skatepark and would like to organise something at your park don’t hesitate about getting in touch!

Friday, October 10th- Unit 1 skatepark Kent night session (5-10pm).
Saturday 25th October- X-site skatepark, Skegness
Saturday 8th November- Revolution skatepark, Kent
Eastleigh Bowl now has lights! Mark Churchill assures us that after work sessions are going off at the moment, so if bowls are up your alley and you’re local, then get down!
