Maloof Money Cup goes big

The Maloof Money Cup went down this weekend in California and the dough up for grabs brought out all the big names in skateboarding. Chris Cole took $100,000 for first place in the street finals. Yes, a hundred grand! His Zero team mate Tommy Sandoval ranked 2nd and little Nyjah Huston managed to get 3rd.

Adam Dyet grabbed $10,000 for a kick flip back tail and 18 year old Alex Perelson stole the vert comp over some of the world’s greatest riders with a 900 and took home $75000 for his efforts. HUGE money, big tricks, check out the videos below.

NASS results

Here’s the latest news from the Relentless NASS Festival.

DuFFs rider Ben Raemers has won the street comp taking home £1200. Vans rider Joshua ‘Manhead’ Young came in 2nd alongside Ben Grove in 3rd.

Death Skateboards pro Andy Scott has taken first place on this years Goliath ramp comp winning £1000. Jake Anderson came 2nd and Rob Smith was awarded 3rd. We will update this as more comes in.

To celebrate the launch of legendary skate photographer Mike Blabac‘s photo book “Blabac Photo: The Art of Skateboard Photography” and the release of his limited edition DC Signature Shoe, DC is hosting an exhibition of his work from Thursday 23rd -31st July in London’s Maverik Gallery.
