One of our favourite UK skateparks Rampworx have announced that they will have a FREE summer jam annually from this year onwards at the park on Saturday August 15th.
Liverpool’s biggest skatepark will kick off with a Skateboard Clinic from 6pm with tips from pro skaters, who will then jump into demo mode for visitors on the day. This will be an open session with a bunch of prizes and giveaways throughout the evening.
There will also be a Skate Board village with 200 free goody bags featuring product from Vans, Globe, Skull Candy, Neue, Santa Cruz, Extreme Water, Les Ettes, Es Amercia and Gumball 3000.

Z-Boy Paul Cullen R.I.P
OG Z-Boy ‘Baby’ Paul Cullen unfortunately passed away on the 23rd July this year. The Skate and Annoy website say that the ’cause of death has not been officially made known, but there has been some obvious speculation due to a history of substance abuse.’
Paul was the youngest of the infamous Z-Boy crew back in the day and has been described as a “present and future terrorist,” by friends and that his skate activities constantly blow out the unprepared and the unaware.R.I.P.

This Thursday July 30th July there will be a demonstration from local skateboarders from 2pm at the Oval Basin (Roald Dahl Pass) in front of the Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay.
Skaters are asked to join others in the cause to raise awareness of the need for an indoor skatepark to be built in Cardiff. Join the petition here.
