You should know by now if you come here regularly that Aaron ‘Jaws’ Homoki is one of our favourite skaters out there, but check his latest shit out… Mammoth!

Back in the 80s and 90s this gap seemed to be one of the hardest to get a trick down as there’s a downhill run up and an uphill landing and in 2010 new tricks are still being hucked down it. Transworld brought the action from this recent jam at the Carlsbad Gap with Foundation Skateboards’ Nick Merlino taking the dough, enjoy it.

Australian skater Mitch Fabers is the latest to shed offcuts for Phil Harvey’s Keep Keen video this week. Enjoy this edit filmed with Mitch’s ghetto vision.

Congrats to both Joe Gavin and Barney Page as they now join Willow, Julian Furones, Charles Collet and the rest of the etnies Europe Team this week.

Barney came out of the blocks last year with one of the best sections in the “Dimensions” video by Motive Skateboards so expect more from him with this sort of support behind him. Joe has been riding for etnies for over 5 years now and is one of Manchester’s most creative riders. Look out for the release of the “Tale of Two Cities” collaboration in May between Joe, Willow and etnies.

Sunday April 4th 2010 will be remembered as the day the new Blueprint Skateboards video Make Friends With The Colour Blue premiered at the fully sold out Prince Charles cinema in Leicester Square, London. The film kicked off to loud applause after Paul Shier’s introduction speech lit the touch paper of Dave Mackey‘s opener alongside Dan Magee’s trademark graphics. There will be no other facts from this feature, no spoilers, no enders, no playlists, you will just have to find out for yourself as the film rolls out from town to town this month from the local premieres and demos that have been announced below.

This impressive production stuffed full of awesome street skating filmed all around the world shows just how far the Print has come over the last 2 years throughout many changes and also proves that if you dig deep to keep the dream alive you will always succeed in the end. Look out for the general release in your local skate owned shop very soon and well done to all involved, this was a top night out and there will be some pretty impressive hangovers going down today, that’s for sure!

If you read the news and video we ran last week about the new Woodward park that has been built in Beijing, China you would know that this design and build is exceptionally special. DVS have dropped a video tonight featuring Jimmy Cao and Kerry Getz skating both the park and the streets in freezing cold weather. Warning, just one peak at this park will make you very jealous.

Last weekend’s War of the Shamrock events went down with great success as the Northern crew visited Dublin and the Southerners traveled up North. Paddy Lynn was the MVP at the Belfast leg and Kieth Walsh took the honours down in Dublin.
