Video Nasty screens in London to a packed house

Last night’s London premiere of Video Nasty hosted by Heroin Skateboards went down a storm. A full house descended in a back room joint in Hackey and walked out of there delighted with the end result. There will be a really average photo gallery tomorrow as my camera decided to commit suicide on the night but here’s a birds eye view from Rogie’s cockpit for now.

andrewreynolds_skateboarder

Those you remember the Emerica UK tour this year will remember Andrew Reynolds carrying a banana and a packet of digestive biscuits as the team headed out on the road from Manchester. They entertained huge crowds along the way, avoiding the wet weather where possible, and went home with tales, photos and footage to boot.

Watch the official Emerica edit of the entire trip, opened with a line that would have Keith Richards envious. (Don’t forget to switch the hd setting for ultimate viewing).

The return of Tom Crowe

tomcrowe_skateboardingTom Crowe and myself have spent some good sessions together over the years. He lives in Morocco thesedays and loves a bit of surfing, but came back home recently for a quick shred.

This NBD at Eaton skate park went down first time, but Spex was there to capture another. Go Croweman, you are sorely missed.
