Big thanks to Rachele who sent in this link to these Italians who have been riding computer keyboards as an art project. Jodi is a collective of two internet artists who had this show down at the Project Gentili in Prato, Italy last month. Rumours have it that Dan Cateshas asked for one as his next pro model for Death.
It’s always a pleasure to see Tom Penny skateboarding. Lucky for us the old RSS feed came up trumps this morning. Enjoy some archived footage of Tom skating in Argentina below and also some clips of his Flip team mates getting some flatground action in recently.
This Sunday we hooked up with Volcom and the Harlow locals for Go Skateboarding Day for a sesh at their local park. BBQ and bangers went down all day. Look out for a park edit and photo blog feature from the day this week once 2P has delivered the steez and in the meantime feast on this hipper from Aaron Sweeney. Sequence courtesy of Rob.
Plan B have unleashed some more teaser footage for you to watch this week on their site.
The Welcome to Summer edit should be titled Welcome Back Dude due to the fantastic return of Pat Duffy whose leg took the biggest beating a couple of years back at the megaramp. So rad to see him back as he is a top geezer.
Watch footage of him plus PJ Ladd, Decenzo, Sheckler, P-Rod, McKay, Gallant, Way and even the recently retired Jereme Rogers in this edit and look out for the forthcoming video.
Tim Gavin has the entertaining stories on the Crail Couch this week. Some good ones in here.
More footage from the Hot Knees set up hit the web this week. Watch an edit from Down Under featuring Gareth Robertson, Ali Drummond, Andy Mckinstray and many more here and look out for the show on Setanta TV from 6pm on Tuesday’s before the channel goes bust.
There’s nothing like discovering serious talent and this edit will probably be a contender for Footage of the Week. Check out Mark Suciu skate in this edit and remember that skateboarding is wonderful.
Plan B rider Ryan Shecklerhas invested in a new clothing company with superstore JC Penny in America. By the looks of it the shop looks like the American equivalent of Debenhams where spot cream can also be bought usually on the ground floor.
As predicted last week, the Welsh Go Skateboarding Day was always going to be a biggie. This one has broken decks, broken balls, the longest powerslides, ridiculous slams, hardflips, flatspots and most of all, smiles.
Check out Nick Richard’s edit of this years get-together here courtesy of Crayon.
Cliche Skateboards have uploaded their entire video collection to their site this weekend.
