Josh Evin was a Canadian skateboarder who unfortunately died as a result of a motorcycle accident back in 2010 and ran a skate shop, Black Russian. Today, various clips of Josh have been released by Morgan Campbell who had a bunch of tapes from the summer of 2003 and 2004 for fans, family and also those who didn’t know him.

“I have been meaning to edit this raw footage together for ages” says Campbell, “but to tell you the truth I could only just come at it now. And yes, many tears were shed in the process. This is all from a couple of short Canadian trips we did together, when I wasn’t skating I would point my camera at the others, but admittedly it was usually Josh up to some crazy light speed aeronautics.”

Morgan Campbell found and old tape with footage of the very last Invisible Skateboards tour back in 1988 where the team spent 40 days on the road across 23 states. Invisible was the next phase of Blockhead Skateboards back then but disbanded after 4 years or so.

Any 20 year milestone in skateboarding needs applauding due to the ridiculous amount of commitment behind it. Chocolate Skateboards are celebrating their double decade this year after starting the team with Chico Brenes back in April 1994. Enjoy this documentary of how it started with Andy Jenkins, Chico, Kenny Anderson, Gino Iannucci, Sam Smyth and Jeremy Carnahan.

The 900′ story told in the All This Mayhem movie has been shared today by Vice whose footage of Tony Hawk vs Tas Pappas back in the 90s at a best trick contest reveals the fight these two skateboarders were facing at a time when nobody had completed the 9 yet.
