Belong 51mm Wheels
The Blueprint Camp makes top-quality gear and you can’t deny it. I recently got to test some wheels they were flogging on the market and was pleasantly surprised.
There were four of them. White, with pastel pictures on the side. Perfectly round and soft enough to grip the ground without flat-spotting. Oh, and they didn’t turn yellow either. In my case book, that qualifies as something good to roll about with.
In fact, I even switched to some new wheels and then switched back because I enjoyed them so much! How often does that happen?!?

Cliché clock air miles
Some sick news from the boys at Cliché:
JB Gillet has managed to get a valid Visa for the United States again! Yippee! It only took one day too many on his last visit and about 5 years for the problem to get sorted, but now JB’s a travelling man again and the Lakia video isn’t far off…
Another travelling man is Brophy. Apparently, he’s buggering off to California for the winter and then back to Oz to play catch up and get his mum to do his dirty washing. Just so you know- Brophy currently holds the title for most Moves getting’ the Moooos (http://www.clicheskate.com/team/riders/brophy.html). Can you do better?
Beastmangoat update
Plan B limited edition decks

Right, just so you know: Plan B Ashbury series comes with a copy of the new Promo DVD Live After Death. That’s cool. But, seeing as Plan B like to push the envelope, expect to see some very limited edition Live After Death pro models stocked on the best skateshop walls.
In fact, go visit their site and peep photos from the making of their new promo, plus even more sick footage from a recent Canada trip. Boom!

DVS sign Lamare Hemmings
Doesn’t DVS stand for ‘Dudes Vat Skate’ or something..? Check back at our interview with the team for a re-cap.
In any case, the squad has just taken young East Coaster Lemare Hemmings under their wing, so expect to see a whole lot more of the kid soon. Oh, in fact you can even expect footy from the kid in Jereme Rogers new video project, Mr. Rogers’ Neighbourhood.
Element look at the whole picture and see what’s missing: Not another rail jockey, not another shoe collaboration, not another video… Hip clothing for women designed by hip women, that’s what!
Element introduce the Advocate range of their Eden Clothing line where several women are chosen to play ‘advocate’ and design some sleek threads.
Drawing things up and finalising sketches are Ishle Park the poet, Tiffany Bozic and Brooke Reidt the artists and Mataji Booker the DJ, photographer, actress, model etc…

Is Lausanne the new Marseille?
Even if the Swiss have just voted in a Right-Wing Government that is seriously tightening things up for immigrants , they still have loads of cash to build sick skateparks like the new one in Lausanne – Vidy to be exact.
The park officially opens on October 7th where the architect who designed the beauty, Mr. Humberto Perez of the Miro Bizzozero architectural practice in Lugano, will be in attendance as well as the local politicos and co.

Jahlada -The learning curve
An anonymous man posing by the name of ‘Phraeza‘ gets his kicks out of following teenage boys with a video camera and lying in puddles of piss to watch the youth perform throught the City Streets of London.
That’s right- Phraeza is working on a new video, The Learning Curve. There’s a sick little promo on Phraeza’s blog spot right now, so check it out and see what the old dog’s been up to by clicking here.

Death Race 2006

On your marks… Go!!!!
The start line is chalked up at Ramp City , Blackpool, on Saturday 2nd December from 6pm onwards. The Es Death Race 2006 is a non stop rumble and screech of sweaty birds and blokes on push powered planks in a dastardly dash for cash and prizes. Add to that fancy dress, heavy metal and a licenced bar and you’ve got a date with danger!
The official racing commission has also made a note of informing us that this year the course will be riddles with traps and trickery to separate the men from the boys. And in case that doesn’t work, international circuit playboy, Bob Sanderson will be MCing the event.
Also enjoy various best Trick comps and a mini ramp death match. No jokes.
