The Gutter Twins hit KOKO

Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan have joined forces as The Gutter Twins.

The duo will release their album Satunalia on March 3rd to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Sub Pop label and will also be hitting KOKO on February 21st as part of the NME Awards shows. They will also return to the UK for a full tour in April. Hit their MySpace to check them out.

Ninja Tune release compilation CDs

Ninja Tune are to release a new Ninja Cuts compilation.

The latest compilation will feature 3 CDs, with tracks dating as far back as 1998 [on Mike Ladd’s Blah Blah] and stuff that won’t be released until much later this year. With label artists and guests such Spank Rock, Bonobo, Diplo, RJD2, Ghislain Poirier, Blockhead, MF Doom, TTC, DJ Kentaro, Mr Scruff, Roots Manuva, DJ Shadow and more, it’s bound to be a good ‘un!

Atmosphere to release another Sad Clown

Atmosphere have announced they will bring out another Sad Clown CD.

Sad Clown Bad Spring 12 will hit the shops “once this snow melts” and will complete the seasonal set after having released Bad Summer 9, Bad Fall 10 and Bad Winter 11 at the tail end of 2007.

The Black Keys have teamed up with Danger Mouse.
