Detroit Death Metal behemoths Black Dahlia Murder will return for a string of headline dates in the UK this month. Support at all shows comes courtesy of Dutch hardcore masters Born From Pain and Century Media recording artists Maroon.

It’s a busy time for Rose Hill Drive – Their self titled debut album will hit the shops on July 24th and they’ve just been brought in as the support for legends The Who at their Hyde Park concert. On top of this, the Colorado group will be playing a number of UK dates, including a stop off at the Wireless Festial in Leeds.

The Triffids have decided that they are going to mount a plaque in London on June 28th. The band went through lots of planning permission and the rigours of designing, manufacturing and mounting it, and 1,000 members of the group’s forum gave in £1 each to help finance the affair.
Those of you who skated in the early 90’s may well have bumped into Richard File skating around Sutton and Croydon with Curtis McCann and Paul Shier. Since then, he has worked with James Lavelle with the U.N.K.L.E project, released a bunch of stuff on Mo’Wax Records and co-written the film score to the film Sexy Beast.
