Yellowcard have been posting updates on their myspace blog as they record their new album. The album, the follow up to last year’s Lights And Sounds, the album which the band talked about on the blog:
“We were so proud of how artistic we were, And I think we showed too much. I think maybe we were a little too jaded and a little too dark, and I think that the lack of hope and faith that we put on this record made us a little less sparkly and light to people”
It has been confirmed that funnyman Mike Myers will be playing Keith Moon in a forthcoming film about the legendary drummer for The Who.

The split CD between Reel Big Fish and Zolof The Rock n Roll Destroyer, Duet All Night Long, has been put up in its entirity on myspace.
Despite the rumours that there wouldn’t be a new Bad Religion album until 2008, bass player Jay Bentley said there might well be a June release date for the new record, to follow 2004’s The Empire Strikes First. This will also follow the group’s live DVD, Live At The Palladium.
In demand and band of the moment Klaxons have finally released the tracklisting for their upcoming album, Myths Of The Near Future, which is out on February 12th. New single Golden Skans will be released on January 29th. The tracklisting is:
From Autumn To Ashes have announced that their new album, Holding A Wolf By The Ears, will feature Francis Mark on all vocal duties, following the departure of Ben Perri. The album is apparently due to run at around 36 minutes and the group will be releasing each track individually on their myspace.
Caleb Followill has been talking about the new Kings Of Leon album, saying “We’re growing, but we’re trying not to grow up”. The new album will be called Because Of The Times and will be produced, once again, by Ethan Johns. Expect a Spring release for the record.
