Form 696 revised

Form 696 is being revised.

The form, which used to ask promoters to fill in what the ethnicity of fans will be at a gig before that was taken out, still asks the question about what type of music is being played. It is this question which looks set to be removed as well, after a number of petitions against it, notably one set up by Jon McClure of Mongrel fame.
