Musician and good friend of the Almost family Ben Harper has recorded a track to raise money for Lewis Marnell’s family. As you may be aware, Lewis passed away this January following a complication with diabetes, it was a tragic loss to the skateboarding world. His family though are in financial need so Haper and the Innocent Criminals band have teamed up to perform “Jah Work” written back in ’97 and released on a previous album. It will be re-issued on iTunes today with proceeds going towards the Lewis Marnell family memorial fund.
“Lewis was a brilliant artist and athlete not to mention a truly beautiful soul. We loved him and his contributions to skating, and we thought a song would be a wonderful way to celebrate his life and help his family.” said Harper.
We just bought ours for 99p, it took one minute. Download the track from here today and support this.
