New Pixies book: A Visual History
The Pixies are one of the most unique and creative bands to have graced our generation, whose lives will now hopefully be depicted in a new book called ‘A Visual History’. It’s a Kickstarter project right now set up by Pixies fansite owner Sean T. Rayburn who has rare vintage photos and much more waiting to be published, but it needs funding. Watch this and see if you want to get involved.

This Saturday, local Maidenhead skater Dominic Kolodziej here will skate 260 miles in an attempt to raise money for seriously ill and disabled children. This huge quest that will start in Maidenhead and end on the beaches of Newquay, will hopefully raise £4000 so that seriously ill children can fly to Disneyland in Florida with Dreamflight.

DVS get ill in Brazil
The DVS team headed out to Rio, Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre for demo’s and filming sessions this year. Paul Shier, Daewon Song, Torey Pudwill, Luis Tolentino and Chico Brenes all feature in this new clip with interviews, street missions and demo’s in Ill in Brazil.
New socks are officially rad. That technical wizard Albert Nyberg is back in the game today with a pro sock move for Swedish sockers Melowe. He joins Danijel Stankovich whose toes are also wrapped in Melowe gold this month.

Danny Way’s incredible life adventure depicted so well by Jacob Rosenberg in the ‘Waiting For Lightning‘ documentary will be hitting UK cinemas from the 23rd of June.
This epic journey will be screened for a limited time in various cinema’s listed below, and should be watched on the big screen as opposed to trying to sit through a crap version of it on YouTube.
‘Waiting for Lightning’ covers Danny’s unique life story from birth to the broken ankle drop-in that graced the Great Wall of China and also has killer Hawaiian mega ramp footage.
